NATC.IT operates an online shop at the internet address www.natc.it henceforth called “the website”.  All orders placed by you via the website as well as our products and services offered are governed exclusively by the Terms of Use conditions and notices set out below.

Access to and use of this Web site and the products available through this Web site (the "Services") are also subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.  By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Use, as may be updated by us from time to time. Access to this Web site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. Terms of sale

 

By placing an order you are placing a binding offer to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.   You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form to us by clicking the “add to cart”  button.  All orders are subject to acceptance by NATC online, confirmation of the order price and availability of the product. Until such acceptance, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order (order confirmation).  Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer but serves for information purposes only.

A purchase contract between you and NATCONLINE will become effective only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered.  If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.

NATC has the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if there are legitimate grounds to suspect that the gods purchased via the internet are intended to be resold on a commercial basis.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Cyprus only and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to purchase products from NATC Online you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. NATC Online retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. All prices advertised are subject to changes without notice.

Pricing and availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost”

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and NATC Online. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by NATC Online Management.
